Description
Solden is located in the Otztal valley of Tyrol in Austria, and is just one hour from Innsbruck.

Solden has become very touristy and lost some of its original charm but it has been enhanced by other attractions in recent years. The mile long road that essentially makes the resort is flanked by buzzing bards, clubs and restaurants giving Solden an energetic night life. Staying right on the road can be quite noisy.

The highest point reaches 3,768m (Wildspitze peak) and is the second highest mountain in Austria. This significant elevation makes Solden a snow-sure resort all season and the Tiefenbach glacier is great for skiing and snowboarding when the snow is in short supply.

We are always interested to hear your thoughts, so let us know what you think about Solden by emailing us at info@ski-hub.co.uk
