Les Gets, in the French Alps, is a charming ski resort with a mixture of old chalets, in a distinctive Savoyard style, and tasteful modern buildings. Many guests love returning to Les Gets for its friendly and characterful atmosphere, and it is also considered one of the prettiest ski resorts in France.  

There is a wonderful main street in Les Gets where you will find all of the shops, bars and restaurants, which are reasonably priced. For skiing and snowboarding, there is access to the high altitude ski area of Portes du Soleil which has slopes that would suit everyone. There is 650kms of piste to explore, including picturesque tree-clad slopes and enormous, sunny bowls. For after skiing activities (or for those who don’t ski or snowboard), there is plenty on offer in Les Gets including; an open air ice rink, para gliding, snow shoeing, local market and cinema. The nightlife is good value and varied.

Les Gets has a large, English speaking ski school which is highly rated by visitors. There is also a kindergarten for children aged 3-5.
