Description
Meribel is well designed purpose built ski resort located in the Tarentaise Valley of the French Alpes, near to Moutiers. It has mostly chalet-style architecture giving a more charming and friendly feel than most other purpose built resorts. Although it is considered one of the more upmarket resorts in the French Alps it is also hugely popular with families. The extent of beginner and intermediate slopes is impressive and the lift systems are hugely efficient. For those wanting to explore more and cover ground, Meribel lies at the heart of the Three Valleys which has the biggest lift network in the world and some incredible skiing.

Meribel is made up of a few main resorts and then some smaller, quieter, micro resorts. Find the right spot (Meribel centre, The Rond-Point and La Folie Douce as examples) and the après ski/night life is impressive! Meribel Centre is where most of the action, shops and restaurants can be found. Meribel Mottaret has excellent access to Val Thorens and the rest of the Three Valley’s, however it does lack the smaller chalet-style buildings and is home to more modern apartments. Meribel Village is a smaller and quieter micro village which is great for families.

Ski-hub has several chalets located across Meribel in the below resorts:
